PERSONAL PERFORMANCE PROGRAM 

This 3 month program is designed to fit in around your everyday life and show you progress from even the first week!*

For those who 'don't have time' this is perfect to work remotely and integrate around job and family, completing at your own pace.  Once a week you will be coached  live by Jennie, to keep you on track, recap over past weeks and discuss each module and assignment to work through moving forward.  

You can spend as little or as much time working through the program each week as you desire however, time spent will determine the result, so be ready to get started and commit to this transformation.

Consistency is key!

Inside this digital 3 month program :

-  A series of self awareness modules 

-  Supporting instructional video content

-  Motivational videos 

-  Holistic wellness techniques 

-  Emailed Action plan work sheets and supporting material 

-  6 Live sessions on zoom with Jennie Sutherland 

-  Coach support throughout the program 

THE RESULT

At the end of the program. Clients can be fully aware of their wants and needs, where they are headed in life, goals, dreams and techniques they are practicing daily/ weekly to keep calm and focussed. Life is more manageable and consistent,  using techniques to work on confidence and self esteem if required. Clients are able to move onto planning specific goals and working toward them.

Once the program is complete clients have the option to add on a personal performance plus program to begin working intensely on a chosen personal goal:

Health / Fitness

Self care

Hobbies and interests

Social / communication with others 

career 

Personal environment / home life  

 or;

Clients can opt to move over to BUSINESS IN A BOX OR BUSINESS IN A BOX PLUS  if they choose to set up a small business.  

 

 

 

 

 * In this case, progress is seen as completion of initial tasks and assignments, carrying out these tasks physically and emotionally during the first week and attending session.  Although this is usual, it cannot be guaranteed as progress is determined by the action and mindset of a client.
